comprising at least 12 grooves, surmounted by a welded collar of cylindrical section with a diameter of 76mm.

These streetlights comply with the following technical specifications:
- Hot-dip galvanizing is carried out by complete immersion according to the EN 1461 standard, the thickness of the zinc protection layer must be on average greater than 70 Microns to allow better protection of the galvanization. Lampposts must not have any welding after galvanizing.
- The lighting columns must comply with the tolerances according to standard NF P 97 – 401 or equivalent.
- The lamppost base plate must comply with the specifications of standard EN40-5.
- The plate will marry the shape of the decorative bollard base and will be 20mm thick and 320mm in diameter at the base.
- The lighting column must bear an identification resistant to bad weather, galvanization and any surface treatment. This identification will be engraved by percussion with a depth
- Anchor rods will be of dimensions M24–600 mm, sized to withstand the total load. They will be made of galvanized steel allowing better hold and resistance over time.- Screws: Stainless steel

6-Decorative light fixtures: Decorative light fixtures must have the following characteristics:
